The collection, displayed in the ‘Auld Skül’, covers Fair Isle’s fascinating social history, fishing and crofting culture, natural history and archaeology. Fair Isle is famous throughout the world for its knitting traditions and patterns, the abundance of sea birds and rarities that visit its shores and its many shipwrecks.
